I'm Not Doing Too Much. I'm Just Finally Putting It All Together.

The story behind Leann Nicole, Haute Coven, and the businesses I've been building all along.
By Leann Nicole | October 2026

If you've been following me for a while, you've probably noticed that I have a lot going on.
One day I'm coordinating an event. The next I'm teaching Pilates, meeting with a client about their website, bartending, working with vendors, or creating content for a business.
And now I'm adding a little thrifted fashion into the mix.
I know what some of you might be thinking.
"Girl, how many businesses do you have?!" 😂
Well, let me explain something.
The funny thing is, none of this is really new to me.
I've been doing these things for YEARS. I'm just finally bringing everything together, putting my name behind my work, and allowing people to see all the different sides of what I do.
And honestly? It's about time.
So, Who Exactly Is Leann Nicole?
First and foremost, I'm a mom of five (2 stepchildren), an entrepreneur, a creative, and someone who has spent most of her life working with people.
I've spent over 20+ years in the hospitality industry, and somewhere along the way, my experience expanded into event production, marketing, business development, wellness, and creative services.
I've worked behind bars, managed teams, coordinated events, developed partnerships, taught fitness classes, and helped businesses bring their ideas to life.
I've worn a lot of hats.
And the thing is, I've genuinely enjoyed wearing them.
I've always been the type of person who wants to learn how something works. If I'm interested in something, I want to understand it, experience it, and figure out how I can make it better.
Sometimes that means learning a new skill. Sometimes that means building an entirely new business around something I've already been doing.
And sometimes it means realizing that all these different experiences actually connect.
That's where Leann Nicole comes in.
This website isn't just about one business or one particular service.
It's about me, my experience, my creativity, and everything I'm building.
Enter Haute Coven: The Creative House Behind It All 🖤
Now, if you know me, you know I love a little dark romance, a little mystery, and anything with a unique personality.
So naturally, when I started thinking about how to bring all my businesses together, I didn't want something ordinary.
I wanted something that felt like me.
That's how Haute Coven came to life.
Haute Coven is the creative house bringing my different ventures together. It's where my experience in events, hospitality, wellness, marketing, and entrepreneurship can exist under one larger vision.
And no, it's not about witchcraft. Although, let's be serious, I do love a good witchy aesthetic.
To me, the idea of a coven represents community, collaboration, creativity, and people coming together to make something happen.
And that's exactly what I've spent my career doing.
Under this creative house, I've been developing businesses that reflect different parts of my experience and personality.
Let me introduce you.
Nevermore Events Co. | Where Experiences Come to Life
Nevermore Events Co. is where my love for bringing people together really shines.
From community events and vendor experiences to fundraisers, entertainment, and larger productions, Nevermore is about creating experiences that people genuinely want to be part of.
I've spent years working in hospitality and events, and one thing I've learned is that a successful event is about so much more than putting tables and chairs in a room.
It's about the atmosphere. The people. The partnerships. The little details that make someone want to come back.
I love watching something go from an idea in my head to an actual event filled with people enjoying themselves.
Even when things get chaotic behind the scenes. And trust me, they do!
Midnight Pour & Co. | A Little Hospitality, A Little Personality
Before a lot of these businesses existed, there was bartending.
Hospitality has been such a huge part of my life, and it's something I've never wanted to completely walk away from.
Midnight Pour & Co. allows me to continue that passion through mobile bartending, mocktail experiences, beverage tastings, brand activations, and promotional services.
But this business is about more than pouring drinks.
It's about the experience that comes with them.
I love the conversations, the creativity behind a good cocktail, and the opportunity to introduce people to something new.
It's hospitality with a little more personality, and I absolutely love it.
The Inner Ritual Co. | Wellness Has Always Been Part of My Story
Now here's something some people might not know.
I also have a background in Exercise Science.
Fitness and wellness aren't something I just recently decided to get into. I've spent years studying, teaching, and helping people find ways to incorporate movement into their lives.
Through The Inner Ritual Co., I offer Pilates, wellness experiences, fitness programming, and community-centered activities that encourage people to take care of themselves.
And I love that this business gives me an opportunity to connect with people in a completely different way.
Because for me, wellness isn't about being perfect.
It's about showing up for yourself, making time for movement, and creating habits that support the life you want to live.
It's something I practice in my own life, too.
Haute Coven Creative | Putting My Creative Skills to Work
Here's where another side of me comes into play.
Over the years, I've had to learn how to market events, create graphics, develop websites, manage social media, build relationships with brands, and promote businesses.
And somewhere along the way, I realized something.
These are actual services I can offer other people.
I mean, I've been doing them for my own businesses for years!
So why not take that experience and help other entrepreneurs build something they're proud of?
Through Haute Coven Creative, I'm expanding into social media management, website design, graphic design, branding support, and creative marketing services.
I enjoy the entire creative process, from coming up with an idea to seeing it published and out in the world.
And I especially love helping someone take an idea they've been sitting on and finally bring it to life.
The Lunar Rewear | Because Everything Deserves Another Phase 🌙
And now for something a little different.
I've recently introduced The Lunar Rewear by Leann Nicole, a curated resale concept inspired by my love for fashion, unique finds, and giving beautiful pieces another chance.
The tagline says it perfectly:
Every Piece Deserves Another Phase.
I love the idea that something doesn't lose its value just because someone else is finished with it.
Clothing can have another story, another owner, another life.
The Lunar Rewear is a fun, creative outlet that allows me to explore another one of my interests while creating something affordable, approachable, and full of personality.
And yes, it fits right into everything else I'm doing.
Because why wouldn't it?
But Leann, Isn't That a Lot?
Yes.
It absolutely is. 😂
I'm not going to sit here and pretend that running multiple businesses is always easy.
There are long days, late nights, endless ideas, spreadsheets, emails, meetings, and moments when I probably have about 37 tabs open on my computer.
But here's the thing.
I genuinely enjoy what I do.
I enjoy creating. I enjoy working with people. I enjoy building relationships, learning new things, and challenging myself to grow.
And I've never believed that someone has to fit into one particular box just because that's what people expect.
Why should I have to choose between being an event producer, a wellness professional, a bartender, or a creative entrepreneur when I've spent years developing skills in all of those areas?
These aren't random businesses I decided to start overnight.
They're different parts of my life and career that I've finally found a way to bring together.
Some people specialize in one thing.
I've built my experience across several industries, and I've learned how those skills can support one another.
The event experience helps me with marketing. My hospitality background helps me with client relationships. My wellness background helps me create experiences that bring people together. And my creative skills help me build and promote all of it.
It's all connected.
So, What Am I Actually Trying to Build?
Something that lasts.
Something that represents who I am, what I've learned, and what I'm capable of creating.
I want to continue producing meaningful events, supporting small businesses, developing partnerships, creating wellness opportunities, and helping other entrepreneurs bring their visions to life.
I also want to show my children that you don't have to limit yourself to one dream.
You can grow. You can change direction. You can learn something new. You can take the experience you've accumulated over the years and turn it into something that's entirely your own.
And you don't have to have everything figured out before you start.
Believe me, I'm still figuring things out myself.
But that's part of the experience.
Welcome to My Little Corner of the Internet
So if you've made it this far, thank you.
Whether you know me from an event, a fitness class, behind the bar, through one of my businesses, or simply from following my adventures on social media, I'm happy you're here.
This blog is going to be a place where I share more of what happens behind the scenes.
The businesses. The projects. The experiences. The lessons. The ideas that randomly pop into my head and somehow turn into another adventure.
And probably a little bit of everyday life mixed in, because that's just me.
I'm not starting over. I'm not trying to reinvent myself into someone completely different.
I'm simply bringing together everything I've worked for and finally letting it speak for itself.
So welcome to Leann Nicole.
A little creative. A little unconventional. Always evolving.
And apparently, always working on something.
With love,
Leann Nicole 🖤
